Holding-company structure
DeKri Holdings Inc. is presented on this website as a Canadian holding-company platform. Depending on the entity and transaction involved, DeKri or an affiliate may hold, own, manage, develop or oversee interests in operating companies and other organizations, shares or other securities, intellectual property, contractual rights, equipment, cash, investments, real property or other assets, directly or through subsidiaries or special-purpose entities.
A website reference to a company, organization, project or asset does not by itself establish legal title, ownership percentage, control, valuation, availability or a commitment to acquire, sell, finance or develop it.

Separate legal entities
Each corporation or other entity in a DeKri-related structure is legally distinct and may own property, enter contracts and incur obligations in its own name. An obligation of one entity is not automatically an obligation of DeKri Holdings Inc., a founder, an affiliate or another portfolio company unless that party has expressly accepted the obligation in a binding written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
The terms “DeKri,” “we,” “our,” “portfolio,” “group” and similar collective descriptions are used for convenient communication and do not override the legal separateness of any entity.

Assets, organizations and real estate
Descriptions of assets or areas of future capacity are strategic and informational. This website is not a listing, appraisal, environmental report, title opinion, financing commitment or offer to buy, sell, lease or develop real property. It does not solicit an investment in DeKri, an affiliate, a portfolio company, a project or an asset.
